- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach
- 1 small onion
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
directions
- Cook spinach according to package directions.
- Saute onion.
- Drain spinach and combine with all other ingredients.
