2 (10 ounce) packages chopped spinach, defrosted and pressed in a strainer to drain
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese with chives
¹⁄₂ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
salt and pepper, to taste
¹⁄₈ teaspoon nutmeg
¹⁄₄ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¹⁄₄ cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

directions

Combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, flour, lemon juice, swiss cheese and seasonings, and beat until blended. Place mixture into a buttered shallow porcelain baking dish. Combine crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter and sprinkle the crumbs over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Run under the broiler for a few seconds to lightly brown.
