  1. Combine spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, flour, lemon juice, swiss cheese and seasonings, and beat until blended. Place mixture into a buttered shallow porcelain baking dish. Combine crumbs, parmesan cheese and melted butter and sprinkle the crumbs over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Run under the broiler for a few seconds to lightly brown.
