- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 2 cups frozen sweet baby peas, thawed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
directions
- In a saucepan, over medium heat, combine flour, sugar and milk, mixing well.
- Add peas and pepper bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes or until peas are heated through and sauce has thickened.
