- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and heat over low heat until smooth and creamy, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Sauce is enough for 8 ounces cooked pasta.
