  1. Put eggs and sour cream into a bowl and mix on medium speed until combined.
  2. Mix in 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter and the softened cream cheese.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 tsp.cinnamon and 1/4 tsp.nutmeg.
  5. Add apples.; gently toss to coat.
  6. Cook, tossing occasionally, until soft, 8-10 minutes.
  7. Stir apples and raisins into egg mixture; pour over noodles.
  8. Toss gently to combine.
  9. Pour into greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
  10. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  11. Bake at 350 degress for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
