  1. heat 1 inch salted water ( 1/2 teaspoons salt to 1 cup water) to boiling.
  2. add broccoli or cauliflower.
  3. cover and heat to boiling.
  4. cook, until stems are almost tender, 10-12 minutes.
  5. drain.
  6. place broccoli or cauliflower in ungreased 1 1/2 quart round casserole.
  7. heat oven to 400 degrees.
  8. beat soup and milk with hand beater until smooth.
  9. pour over broccoli or cauliflower.
  10. sprinkle with cheese.
  11. mix baking mix and margarine until crumbly.
  12. sprinkle over cheese.
  13. bake until crumbs are light brown, about 20 minutes.
