Directions

  1. Cook broccoli by package directions.
  2. In a large pot, melt margarine. With wire whip, mix in flour, onion, chicken bouillon, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
  3. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in cooked broccoli and 3 cups of water.
  5. Cook over medium heat till slightly thickened.
  6. Serve hot.
