Creamy Buttermilk Dressing

"There is a similar recipe in this site, but mine has a few differences (like low fat products) so I decided to post it. It doesn't taste "low-fat" at all! It is also good with chicken or a pasta salad. My husband (who doesn't like low fat) loves it and so do I. Hope you'll also enjoy it"

  1. I made as posted and 1 teaspoon cider vinegar was enough. This is very tasty and you can't tell it's low-fat. The nutrition facts are askew because of the serving size. I figure 2 tablespoons is about 65 calories, 5g fat, 200 mg sodium, and only 2 carbs. Made for Fall 2009 PAC.
