- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1.5 (6 cup) boxes powdered sugar
- food coloring
- 1⁄4 teaspoon peppermint oil
directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Roll into small balls and flatten with fork. If you have a glass with a design on the bottom, use it to flatten out the mint balls. Try using different colors of food coloring for different holidays.
