Directions

  1. Saute onions, celery, and carrots in oil.
  2. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the brown and wild rice. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Add the white rice. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked chicken or turkey, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. Heat through, do not boil.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
