Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb chicken (any type just stay around $3.00 per pkg.)
  • 34 cup of uncooked white rice, not instant rice ($0.99 per box)
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup ($0.50 at wal-mart)
  • 14 teaspoon paprika (or just use your favorite all season spice)
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 13 cups water
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans ($0.50 at wal-mart)

Directions

  1. Stir water, rice, soup and seasoning in shallow baking dish then add chicken.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with additional seasoning.
  3. Bake at 375 for 45 min to 1 hour or until rice and chicken are done.
  4. As the picture shows you can top the chicken with cheese and toss back in the oven for about 5 minutes to melt.
  5. Serve with green beans.
