  • Bring 1 1/2 cups water and margarine to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in dry stuffing. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand.
  • Cook chicken breasts with a little water in large skillet on medium high heat, about 5 minutes each side. Remove from skillet.
  • To same skillet add soup, water and vegetables. Cook about 6 minutes. Return chicken to skillet to heat.
  • Fluff hot stuffing with fork and serve smothered in chicken and vegetable mixture.
