- 2 (19 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons margarine
directions
- Mix the sour cream and cream corn together.
- Place in a baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs and margarine over top.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until set.

This is really good casserole. It's so easy to make. I used ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs and I would recommend covering the top of the casserole with them. You don't really have to use too much butter, its only so the crackers don't burn.
