Directions

  1. Melt butter in soup pot, add onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Turn heat to low, add flour to make roux.
  3. Blend in milk and cream, mix well.
  4. Add cayenne pepper, pepper and salt to taste.
  5. When slightly thick, add broccoli and crabmeat.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
