directions

  • Process all ingredients EXCEPT OIL in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • With machine running, slowly pour in oil until mixture is thickened and blended.
  • Pour into bottles or jars.
  • Cover tightly.
  • Shake before using.

  1. This dressing turned out to be just fair. I couldn't quite put my finger on why I couldn't rave about it, and think it was the tomato paste and the large amount of olive oil. This could just be my own personal preference. I want to try it again with less oil and perhaps substituting fruit sweetened catsup for the tomato paste. The texture of the dressing was nice and I liked the fresh garlic taste.
