  1. Very similar to a South Beach dessert. I used fat-free ricotta for the cottage cheese and strawberries, blackberries and raspberries. I sprinkled a little granola and unsweetened coconut on top. made for Spring 2014 PAC

  2. I altered this recipe based on the fruit that I had on hand (blueberries and strawberries) and it was excellent.Thx for sharing!

  3. Extremely yummy! I used a low carb vanilla yogurt, with one Splenda pkt for sweetness (I cut the recipe in half). My choice of fruit was banana, and my choice of topping was Fiber One cereal. Delicious & versatile-my kind of recipe! Thank u for sharing.

  4. I never thought of this as a "recipe" but frequently make this for breakfast. Wonderful in that the yogurt gives the cottage cheese creaminess and the cottage cheese gives the yogurt body. It orks very well with a range of fruits including my favorite combination strawberries and blueberries. Try it with canned pears and cinnamon for a nice autumn feel. You can also sprinkle on All Bran Extra Fiber if you don't have shredded wheat. Gotta love Core. :)
