  1. This did not turn out the way I envisioned it. It didn't taste at all the way I wanted. It was very sweet, and...not for me, I guess. (but they can't all be winners, and Kittencal bats most of them out of the ballpark!)

  2. This is a great recipe that can be used for several things besides the salad. I used 1/4 c Splenda for the sugar and added some horseradish. I served it over some mixed vegetables and we loved it.

  3. SSOOO GOOODDDD! I par boiled some red potatoes, added an egg and peas...delish potato salad

  4. This is the 4th or 5th time making this recipe and it's been great every time. Small tweaks each time. All except today I make with Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Sub to make it Keto friendly. I made 1x without cooking (still good, but worth the effort to cook 1st if you have the extra time!) I made today with real sugar and 1.5 cups each of Mayo/Sour Cream as we're away from home and using what's on hand. Still great! Saving this one, it's become a family favorite. Bought an Oxo bug tip squeeze bottle so we can keep some on hand! (PS- great with Roast Beef...and fabulous on leftovers for cold Roast Beef sandwiches!!)

  5. Interesting. 1/4 c (water) + 1/4 c (vinegar) + 1/2 c Mayo + 1 1/2 c sour cream, totally disregarding other ingredients, equals 2 1/2 c, and the recipe says it equals 1 1/2 c. What answer do YOU come up with when you add 1/4 + 1/4 + 1/2 + 1 1/2? Good stuff, but D- in 3rd Grade math... at least it was when I was in 3rd Grade, probably 7th Grade today...

  1. Wow! This really fantastic. I used shallots in place of the onions and 6 cloves of garlic. This will knock your socks off! I loved the suggestion to make potato salad with this - with the fourth of July coming up - I will definitely try it.
