Creamy Guacamole

"Although I'm not much of guacamole fan, others are, & since I do quite a bit of finger foods as well as dips & dippers, well . . . This particular low-fat, low-salt recipe came for the 2008 cookbook, Taste of Home Guilt Free Cooking."

  1. This is ABSOLUTELY no guacamole, but a pale conconction of it.

  2. I can't believe I haven't reviewed it sooner. For a person who dislikes onions, and cilantro this recipe is a dream come true. It's a two-in-one kind of recipe because it combines the traditional accompaniments to Mexican food: sour cream and guacamole. I love it! Thank you.

  3. Smooth and very creamy. Totally different than the chunky guacamole we usually have. This was a great snack in the middle of the afternoon for us. I didn't have lemon pepper so I added a little lemon juice. I also added garlic powder which we have to have in our guacamole. Made for Aus/NZ swap Jan 10.

  4. This was very yummy and creamy. Followed the recipe as written exactly, I had a little leftover for lunch but by the time I went to the fridge it was all gone. Served with Recipe #322313 - Thank you Sydney Mike

  5. This is a great fast and easy guacamole recipe. Served this as a topping for our fajitas. We really enjoyed it. Thank you!
