  • Using a hand beater, whip together yogurt and sour cream in a small bowl.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • To Serve Cold: Refrigerate, covered until ready to use.
  • To Serve Hot: Gently warm over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
  • Do not boil.
