"Toss this tangy dressing with romaine lettuce and shredded radicchio to serve along side grilled steak. I like this particularly over freshly roasted beets. Yum!"

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons light sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
salt and pepper

directions

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Note: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
