Creamy Italian Pasta

"Creamy...cheesy...yummy...goodness! Easy stove top Italian pasta dish. Would be great with olives or corn added as well. We've made it with Italian sausage as well."

  1. This tasted like Hamburger Helper to me...I ended up adding more seasoning and more cheese, but it didn't help the bland flavor. Wish I had liked it - it was an easy, large meal to make!

  2. Oh my goodness, F - 16 momma! THIS WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! I used ground turkey instead of beef and added in some minced onions when browning the meat and followed the rest exactly. This was VERY rich, creamy, and FILLING! Next time I might experiment with whole wheat pasta and light cream cheese....or maybe not - this was awesome as is! :) Thank you for the wonderful recipe!!

I am a Colorado ski bum at heart, but am currently stuck in Miami, FL of all places working on my Doctoral degree in physical therapy at UM. I can't wait until I graduate and can get back to the mountains! 2 more years, 2 more years...I love to cook and find it a great way to relax and slow down after classes and I can't wait until I have more free time to be able to do it. I have been in the Air National Guard with Colorado and Florida for the last four years and have been fortunate enough to taste many different foods and stretch my palate. I have lots of recipes waiting to be posted and when I finally get the time I will, so stand by!
