¹⁄₂ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₂ teaspoon oregano
¹⁄₄ teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream

directions

In a blender, combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, sugar, garlic and cheese. Blend until emulsified. Add sour cream and blend until well mixed. Best if made 24 hours in advance.
