Directions

  1. Mix cornsartch with a little of the milk till desolved.
  2. In Large saucepan or dutch oven, add remaining milk, and cornstarch mixture and mustard.
  3. Stir and cook over med heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Stir in cooked macaroni noodles.
  7. Stir in cubed monterey Jack cheese
  8. Optional additions:
  9. Sprinkle individual servings with chili powder and garlic salt.
  10. Top with fresh chopped onions.
