  1. Yum! I have never made real mac'n cheese from scratch before, if you can believe it. This was quick, easy, and very satisfying. I omitted the chopped onion out of sheer laziness, and it was still very good. Super-duper lunch! Thanks T!

  2. Oh my my, this was so creamy and cheesy! I loved it! Since I do most of my cooking for one this is a recipe I will definitely be using a lot in the future. Thanks for sharing! Made for Glorious Cheese Tag Game in the Topic of the Month Forum.

  3. I loved this! I left out the onions, but made it otherwise according to this recipe and it was the perfect size lunch for me, and absolutely delicious! I can't wait to have it again!

  4. What a great recipe! I made this for my son tonight, and he loved it. I snitched a little, and I thought it was delicious too. Very creamy but not too thick. Love the tang the mustard and Worcestershire sauce gives it. The only thing I did differently was to omit the crackers on top, as he isn't a fan of them. Thanks for sharing! I'm sure I'll use it again and again!

  5. Just wanted something soft for my sore mouth - increased ingredients to 4 servings. Used small shell pasta, and 1/2 pound freshly grated sharp cheddar - went together nicely. Put in the oven at 350*, and about 10 minutes -- my electric oven screamed "ERROR" - and had to throw circuit breaker to shut off ! I had sprayed olive oil in casserole, so the burnt to a crisp edge was not a problem. There were scorched tips on top of the macaroni - but DH really like that crunch ! Good thing the repair man is coming Monday ! (That did not affect my score).
