  1. Melt butter in deep heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken in batches and brown on all sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Add onion and paprika to skillet, cover and cook stirring occasionally until onion is soft but not browned., about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomatoes and green peppers.
  4. Arrange chicken over top and cover and simmer (move heat to low) until chicken is cooked through about 20 minutes.
  5. If the sauce seems thin, remove chicken and reduce to desidered consistency.
  6. Stir in sour cream and whipping cream, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
