Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup canned peaches or 1 cup apricot, with juice (I use the fruit that is canned in juice not syrup)
  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt, of your choice (peach is good)
  • 12 cup pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. I like to keep the canned fruit in the refrigerator to chill before making smoothies.
