Creamy Peas and Water Chestnuts

- 1 (15 ounce) can green peas
- 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Ritz cracker, crushed (1 roll)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 ounce) jar pimientos, drained
- 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
directions
- Mix peas, soup, water chestnuts and cheddar and pour into a greased flat casserole dish.
- Mix cracker crumbs and margarine, sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350F uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly.

OK lets see...My name is Diane and I'm married to a wonderful guy -- going on 20 years. We have 2 kids -- 1 daughter and 1 son a 70lb german shepard, a fat cat and a very snobby cat! I work a couple of days a week in the Loop and the rest of my time is spent sitting at the kids sporting events. I love to try new recipes. Luckily, hubby will try just about anything.
