  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan with a lid, add the onions and cook for 10 mins stirring regularly, till they start to brown. Turn up the heat and add the pork cooking till it’s browned on all sides.
  2. Sprinkle in the sage and stir then add the broth and bring to a simmer. Put the lid on and cook for 30mins until the pork is tender and cooked through. Stir in the cream cheese and season to taste.
  3. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 15-20mins untill they are cooked through, drain and crush them sightly, season to taste. Serve the potatoes accompanied by a good spoonful of the pork casserole and your favourite greens.
