Creamy Sex on the Beach

ingredients
- 1⁄2 ounce vodka
- 1⁄2 ounce malibu coconut rum
- 1⁄2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1 1⁄2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 dash grenadine
- 1 ounce heavy cream
directions
- Pour the vodka, Malibu rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Add the heavy cream, and shake vigorously until frothy.
- Pour into a small highball glass or equivalent, and serve.

This was quite delish! I used half and half in place of the heavy cream, and look forward to trying it again with it. I liked the balance of the spirits and juice. Made for PAC Spring 2012

Ummm. I used non-fat half-and-half and some diet fruit juice in place of the pineapple juice. The result was a fruity, creamy treat that went down way too fast!
