Creamy Spaghetti and Meatballs

"I am always looking for new ways to serve spaghetti and this looked too good not to try. Use a spicy sauce if possible. Serve with a nice green salad and crusty bread. I used my own frozen meatballs and homemade sauce. You know how much your family will eat so change the sauce and pasta accoordingly."
