  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in large mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping, strawberries( thawed and undrained) and marshmallows.
  3. Spoon into 8 inch square pan.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
