Creamy Strawberry Salad

"This is a light refreshing summer salad I found in a Kraft cookbook. It can also be used as a dessert if put into a prepared 9 inch graham cracker crust. Cooking time includes refrigeration time needed to set. This is best if served the first day, you can top it with fresh strawberries if desired."

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in large mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  • Fold in whipped topping, strawberries( thawed and undrained) and marshmallows.
  • Spoon into 8 inch square pan.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
