  • Remove the stem from the mushrooms and wipe the caps with a damp towel.
  • Put the mayonnaise in a zipper bag and cut the tip of the bottom of the bag.
  • Pipe the mayonnaise into the mushroom caps.
  • Bake in a preheated 350°F oven until the mayonnaise starts to brown approx 10 -15 minutes.
  • Enjoy !
