Creamy Tarragon Sauce
"I love tarragon so much that I grow my own. Tarragon is beautiful with a light subtle licorice flavor.
This sauce is wonderful with grilled collossal shrimps, it really allows the sweetness of the shrimp to shine through, a beautiful pairing.
Chill until needed, there is no cooking time for this recipe."

ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream, thick
- 2 tablespoons horseradish, creamed
- 1⁄4 cup tarragon, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt, sea, coarse
directions
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients, mix well and chill, covered until needed.
- Beautiful served with fresh grilled seafood. I hope you will enjoy this treat.

What a delicious sauce for dipping. You could use this with just about anything -- we're gonna try it with raw veggies. I absolutely love tarragon and horseradish sauce and I'm sure this sauce will only get better overnight. -
This is what I might call a dip instead of a sauce. It is very thick. Worked perfectly with shrimp. Think it would work well with chicken fingers, but delicate fish would probably break apart when dipping! It tastes wonderful....I also love tarragon, and loved the lemon zest in this. Made for First Time Tag. Thanks for sharing!
