  1. Melt butter.
  2. Chop onion and garlic add to butter.
  3. Saute for approximately 6 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, stock and oregano bring to a boi. Reduce heat.
  5. and simmer gently until thickened about 45 minutes.
  6. Remove oregano springs.
  7. Slowly add half & half stirring constantly.
  8. Season with salt & pepper.
  9. Garnish with oregano.
