  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the soup, pimento, green pepper, onion, pepper, and milk. Stir in half of the cheese until melted.
  2. Prepare the peas and pearl onions according to package directions.
  3. In a bowl, combine the macaroni with the tuna and peas/onions.
  4. Mix the macaroni mixture into the soup mixture. Pour into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
