Directions

  1. Put potatoes, celery and broccoli in large pot. Add water and bring to a boil, reduce temperature to simmer.
  2. Cover and cook for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  3. Blend half the vegetables and their remaining water with half the rice milk and spices. Blend remaining vegetables and rice milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended soup into a clean pot.
  5. Reheat gently.
