  • Put potatoes, celery and broccoli in large pot. Add water and bring to a boil, reduce temperature to simmer.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  • Blend half the vegetables and their remaining water with half the rice milk and spices. Blend remaining vegetables and rice milk until smooth.
  • Pour the blended soup into a clean pot.
  • Reheat gently.
