  1. In a large saucepan, saute onions and celery in butter until softened.
  2. Add the sweet potatoes, zucchini and broccoli.
  3. Saute for a few minutes.
  4. Stir in broth, simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Add potatoes and seasonings.
  6. Cook for another 10 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.
  7. Stir in cream and heat until warm throughout.
