Creme Fraiche

"I've heard so much about Creme Fraiche over the years I finally decided to make some and see what the fuss is all about. I made this to go with my Nectarine Crostata (look for posted recipe). It was a wonderful combination. It's not a whipped cream, it's not a sour cream...it's somewhere in between. Use without the added sugar as you would sour cream, and use with sugar as you would whipped cream. Give it a chance! Prep time includes 'sitting' time for mixture."

  1. I just made this identical recipe (minus the sugar) and it was AMAZING. Definately try it, you probably won't go back to sour cream.
