  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard and 1 teaspoons creole seasoning; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon creole seasoning; combine well.
  3. Shape beef mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Grill or broil patties to desired doneness, turning only once.
  5. Spread mustard mixture on hamburger buns.
  6. Add hamburger, and toppings of your liking to the bun.
  7. Enjoy.
