- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml sour cream
- 14.79 ml creole mustard
- 29.58 ml shallots or 29.58 ml onions, finely chopped
- 44.37-59.16 ml buttermilk
- 4.92 ml prepared horseradish (to taste)
- 1.23-2.46 ml fresh ground black pepper
directions
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, shallot, 3 Tbs buttermilk, horseradish if using, salt and pepper. Whisk thoroughly. Stir in additional buttermilk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
