  • 3 cups day-old bread cubes (use grain bread for an extra crunch)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning

directions

  • Heat oven to 375C . In a bowl, mix oil with seasoning.
  • Toss the stale bread cubes with the seasoned oil. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
