ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons paprika (your choice)
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon sugar
directions
- Mix well.
- Put in air tight jar.

DH expected this would have been spicier than it was... I am not used to eating fire so liked this perfectly as it was. I used half mild paprika and half hot paprika, I could have used all hot no problem. I used it on pork chops and found the flavour to be tangy, refreshing, zingy insteady of "just" spicy hot, so for me that's even better as I think it will appeal to a greater range of tastes when we have a BBQ.
