  • Beat eggs until fluffy.
  • Add all other ingredients in order except sugar, stirring well after each until batter is smooth.
  • Let batter sit, refridgerated, one hous.
  • Melt a small amount of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in frying pan, tilting it quickly so a thin layer covers the bottom of the pan.
  • When edges begin to curl, flip crepe, then put immediately onto plate.
  • Roll up crepes and sprinkle sugar or you can fill it with whatever you like, such as chicken salad!
