- 3 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- powdered sugar
directions
- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Add all other ingredients in order except sugar, stirring well after each until batter is smooth.
- Let batter sit, refridgerated, one hous.
- Melt a small amount of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in frying pan, tilting it quickly so a thin layer covers the bottom of the pan.
- When edges begin to curl, flip crepe, then put immediately onto plate.
- Roll up crepes and sprinkle sugar or you can fill it with whatever you like, such as chicken salad!
