Ingredients Nutrition

  • 29.58 ml mayonnaise
  • 2.46 ml italian seasoning
  • 1.23 ml salt
  • 1.23 ml pepper
  • 453.59 g orange roughy fillet
  • 118.29 ml fine corn flake crumbs

Directions

  1. Mix together first 4 ingredients and brush over fillets. Dredge fillets in crumbs and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
