  • 1 (24 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 12 cups sour cream
  • 1 12 cups French-fried onions
  • 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, sour cream and garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. Spoon half of the potato mixture into a 2- quart baking dish. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of french fried onions on top. Cover with the remaining potato mixture.
  3. Bake for 25-30 mins until hot. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and french fried onions. Bake for 5 mins until the onions are golden brown and cheese is melted.
