  • 2 -3 cups sun chips, French Onion flavor, crushed
  • 34 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 14 cup ranch dressing
  • 14 cup milk
  • 1 lb chicken breast, boneless strips

Directions

  1. In a shallow bowl whisk the egg white with the ranch dressing and milk.
  2. In another dish mix the chips and crumbs.
  3. Dip your chicken into the egg mixture and then cover with the chip mix.
  4. I baked mine on an oven stone -- at 375 for about 25 minutes.
