Crispy Crumbed Pork Chops

"Easy to make oven-baked breaded pork chops. I usually bake some potatoes in the oven alongside the chops. Make some extra baked potatoes for home fries the next day. Toss a salad while pork chops and potatoes are baking and dinner is ready."

  1. Super easy but use saltine crackers. Nothing else produces as crispy a crust. I used sea salt and unsalted crackers. The results were fabulous. This now is my standard way of fixing pork chops. Roasting white and or sweet potatoes along with the chops conserves energy. Serve with a green salad and you have a dinner fit for family or guests.

  3. We really enjoyed these yummy pork chops! I used garlic club crackers for my crumbs. Thanks for sharing this quick, easy recipe!

  4. Great chops! These are a cinch to prepare and they brown up so nicely. I thought that mixing the butter with the crumbs was rather weird and might make the crackers soggy, but it works out just fine. I did increase the sage and thyme because I love them. I will definitely make this again. I had meant to take a photo but was so hurried to get dinner on the table before hockey that I forgot. Thx for posting this great recipe we loved it.

  5. This recipe is fast and delicious (an unusual combination). I found the pork chops tasted even better cold the next day!
