  • Squeeze lime juice over filet and allow to sit for a minute. Salt and pepper lightly.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder and paprika. Coat filet with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Cook fish in skillet over medium heat until crust is golden brown and fish is flaky but still firm, about 3-5 minutes a side.
  • While fish is cooking, mix the first five ingredients well.
  • Serve fish over sliced avocado with chipotle sauce.
