- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200C, fan 180°C Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, zest, and some salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes, then add the Parmesan. Cook for 5 minutes and then serve with duck.
