  2. Toss broccoli with oil, rosemary (if using), and salt and pepper on large sheet pan. Arrange in single layer and roast in center of oven, turning occasionally, until broccoli is golden brown in spots about 20 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and toss to combine. Cook 2 minutes longer. Season as necessary.
